Our simple 5-step process:

:one: Subscribe

Get a team subscription — then you’ll immediately get access to all standard features.

:warning: Make sure you choose the correct amount for the size of your team.

:two: Personal Message

You will automatically get a personal message on the Mothership so we can gather information about:

  • When we can have our first meeting online to discuss needs
  • Your organization’s context and industry
  • Specific learning goals and challenges
  • Team structure and roles
  • Why you need English and AI
  • Required integrations or automations
  • Each team member’s email address

:warning: You should reply to the message as soon as possible with all of the information so that we can quickly set everything up.

:three: First Meeting

During this meeting we will discuss all of the details and information you shared in your reply to the message, and clarify anything if needed. We will also schedule a slot for the personalized onboarding

:stopwatch: This can take 30-60 minutes.

:four: Configuration

Once all of that information is finalized, we will:

  • Create your team’s eLab
  • Configure ATHENA for your organization
  • Create your custom training course
  • Create your custom integrations or automations
  • Invite all of your team members

:stopwatch: Everything will be set up within a couple of hours of your payment. The integrations and automations are manually engineered, so this can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on the complexity. If they will take longer than a few hours, then your team will get access while the integrations or automations are being developed. (This will all be discussed on our first meeting.)

:five: Personalized Onboarding

Your entire team will get a personalized onboarding via Zoom where you learn how the platform works, how to use it, and how to get the best results possible for your team. We will discuss AI strategies for your team/business/organization, how to personalize your experience, and much more!
